The core accountabilities include development and execution of the annual Freestyle business plan, building sales capabilities, improving Freestyle processes, ensuring a competitive commercial proposition in both policy and strategy, and influencing the Coca-Cola Freestyle Global Center Innovation investments to meet customer and market needs. This role will serve as the primary connection point to FSOP and Bottler selling organization. Primary Responsibilities: Develop strategy and prioritization to deliver annual business plan Collaborate with Coca-Cola Freestyle Marketing and Commercial teams to align resources to deliver the Freestyle business plan Develop contingency plans required for plan achievement ... Coca-Cola Freestyle Subject Matter Expert with executive level customers Demonstrate Coca-Cola Freestyle value proposition and determine path toward customer value creation through customer knowledge Problem Solving and issue resolution for Freestyle customers Customer stewardship of consumer, financial and operational results Identify capability gaps and mentor/coach teams to develop customer selling strategies Work with multiple levels in the organization to coach and prep for Freestyle selling Capabilities and Competencies: Customer & Commercial Capabilities Collaborating with customers to create mutual value Collaborating across the matrix of functional teams Communication Negotiations & influencing Inspiring a team to deliver the plan Leading through change Instilling Confidence and Trust Project Management Critical thinking and problem solving across complex situation System and Freestyle Economics-strong financial and analytical acumen required Freestyle Product and Service Capabilities Selling and Customer Account Management ?Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience 5-7 Years Strategic Sales Experience Interact and lead role with a broad range of customer associates across customers concepts and other HQ key stakeholders to advance the relationship, partnership, and drive value Consulting with customer as a beverage category partner to provide K&I, share best practices, innovative beverage ideas, and influence decision making around F&B and marketing initiatives Conduct regular business reviews with customer to monitor relationship and performance Sell in and execute with distinction business planned initiatives while ensuring initiatives are implemented on time and to monitor performance outcome of each key initiative Work closely with customer and internal teams to identify innovative beverage incidence driving solutions and implement.
