As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving employer customer acquisition through Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives, shaping the future of how employers find qualified talent on our platform. About the Role As part of the Growth Marketing & Analytics team, you'll be responsible for executing SEM initiatives with little supervision, leveraging your expertise in various SEM campaign types and strategic tactics to drive maximum growth. You'll own a portfolio of SEM campaigns worldwide, focusing on B2B acquisitions, and be accountable for delivering new employer customer acquisition growth within cost-per-acquisition (CPA) guidance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all stages of multi-million dollar budget SEM campaigns, including execution, optimization, testing, measurement, and reporting Implement and maintain processes to track and parse key performance metrics (KPIs), using data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI Collaborate with internal marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop effective marketing strategies, and manage paid budgets to meet KPIs Promote an iterative, test-and-learn approach with Marketing Data Science and Business Analytics teams to drive campaign innovation Interpret campaign reporting, analyze trends, and make strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance Monitor activities and deliverables, track progress against schedules, resolve risks and issues, and deliver high-quality project requirements on time Play a key role in preparing project proposals, executing tests, reporting insights, and sharing learnings with marketing teams and senior leadership Understand the target audience and customer journey to identify demand-creation opportunities and accelerate business growth Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 6+ years of in-house search engine marketing (SEM) experience, ideally in B2B Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360 (SA360) with proven foundational knowledge of search, dynamic search ads (DSA), and performance max campaign structure Experience in managing global paid search campaigns with a focus on incrementality testing and effectiveness Excellent analytical background and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights using SQL or Python Resourceful with the ability to work autonomously and manage projects in a fast-paced environment across large, cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with rigorous attention to detail and time management A degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Math, Physics, etc. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Knowledge of Indeed's platform and job search industry Certifications in Google Ads or other SEM platforms What We Offer As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Indeed, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary ranging from $103,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance A 401(k) plan and equity-based incentive program Open paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and up to 26 weeks of paid parental leave Professional development assistance and tuition reimbursement A flexible schedule and remote work arrangement Career Growth Opportunities At Indeed, we're committed to helping you grow your career.
