Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Turkish Speaking
Description:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels such as email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Set and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
• Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve engagement and conversions
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer insights for informed decision-making
• Manage the creation and delivery of compelling content across various digital platforms to engage with different target audiences
• Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as content creators, designers, and sales teams, to create cohesive and effective campaigns
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, provide guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and changes in digital technology to keep the brand at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Requirements:
• University Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing and Communications, or any other related field
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial services, fintech or gaming will be considered an advantage.
• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads and email marketing platforms
• Very good knowledge of Turkish and English
• High attention to detail
• Highly organized, able to adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
