Senior Digital Experience Analyst for Health Plans - Remote Opportunity with Cook Children's Health Care System

As a vital member of our Digital Experience team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by developing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance the experience of our members, clinicians, and health plan team members. About the Role As a Senior Digital Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for providing direct support to the development and implementation of our Digital Experience roadmap. This involves working closely with various stakeholders, including administration, medical directors, physicians, and other staff/teams to ensure that our digital experience initiatives meet the strategic and business goals of the organization. You will leverage your expertise in multiple experience disciplines to drive the delivery of consistent and high-quality experiences across our applications and related technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Digital Experience roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams Analyze data to inform digital experience strategies and optimize technology-related programs Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital experience initiatives Develop and maintain expertise in multiple experience disciplines, including Tapestry, MyChart, and Epic Care Link Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, clinicians, and health plan team members Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal reports Exercise decision-making authority in areas of responsibility, driving the delivery of high-quality digital experiences Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in information technology, business, or marketing, as well as a passion for creating innovative digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field At least 5 years of combined experience in a healthcare, healthcare IT, or marketing technology setting, with a focus on creating, implementing, developing, or optimizing technology-related programs Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional peers A customer-focused, data-driven, and strategic approach to digital experience development Certifications in Tapestry, MyChart, and Epic Care Link are strongly preferred Certification and Licensure To ensure the success of our team, we require: Epic certification within 6 months of employment, including 2 test retakes Relevant certification designated for the role, if not supporting Epic About Cook Children's Health Care System Cook Children's Health Care System is a leading integrated pediatric health care delivery organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and adolescents.
