Develop and maintain the visual identity of the MAC brand through innovative and creative designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
Utilize extensive design experience and expertise to create visually stunning designs that align with brand guidelines.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to translate brand messages into visual designs.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform design decisions.
Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are in line with the company's brand image.
Continuously seek ways to improve and evolve the brand's visual identity and design processes.
