Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and retain high-quality dental networks, ensuring access and affordability for our clients and members
Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to drive growth and profitability in our managed care contracted networks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
Travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects, fostering relationships with dental professionals and promoting our services
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in recruitment, sales, or a related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present with confidence
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, with strong data analysis and manipulation skills
Agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of success in recruitment or sales
Adept at critical and independent thinking, with the ability to analyze situations and determine the best course of action
Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes, general dental terminology, and health/dental insurance preferred
Exceptional presentation skills and experience, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences
