Job requirementsThe Senior Delivery Leader is a strategic role responsible for driving the planning, organization, and execution of high-impact engineering initiatives. This leader oversees delivery across AI/Data Engineering and Product Engineering, providing direction and ensuring teams have clarity, alignment, and the operational structure needed to deliver complex, data-driven solutions.As a key part of our U.S. business strategy, you will set the delivery rhythm for cross-functional initiatives spanning data pipelines, AI-enabled applications, ML workflows, integrations, and scalable enterprise services. Your leadership will ensure engineering work moves efficiently from concept through design, build, test, and deployment.What You’ll DoLead delivery execution across engineering groups focused on AI/Data Engineering and Product EngineeringHands on with technology and have led AI related experienceBuild cohesive delivery plans that account for data dependencies, model development steps, feature engineering, integration requirements, architectural constraints, and deployment milestonesProvide an executive-level view of timelines, risks, blockers, and sequencing across all AI, ML, analytics, and data engineering workstreamsDrive delivery execution for AI and data initiatives, including pipeline development, model lifecycle coordination, testing workflows, validation, and production readiness planningPartner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Product leaders to convert business needs into executable technical plansEstablish and maintain operating rhythms for planning, prioritization, estimation, reviews, and release coordinationEnsure workstreams involving data ingestion, transformation, APIs, microservices, and AI/ML workflows move smoothly and predictablyRemove blockers proactively and escalate issues early to protect delivery timelinesLead continuous improvement across engineering operations, focusing on predictability, velocity, quality, and cross-team collaborationMentor and coach engineering and delivery leaders, raising execution maturity across the organizationContribute to capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing across AI/Data Engineering and Product Engineering teamsProvide regular reporting and stakeholder communication, delivering clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones across cross-functional initiativesWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful on-time, high-quality, in-budget delivery and predictable outcomes across multiple technical domainsAI and data initiatives move efficiently from planning through deploymentTechnical dependencies are surfaced and managed earlyStakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and decision pointsDelivery processes scale effectively as engineering teams growWhat You Bring12–15 years in technology delivery leadership, technical program management, or large-scale product execution roles at VP or Senior Director levelStrong understanding of AI, machine learning workflows, data engineering, and cloud-native architecturesExperience supporting delivery of data pipelines, integrations, model development and evaluation, ML-enabled applications, enterprise APIs and services, and automation or analytics platformsDeep understanding of modern engineering workflows including Agile, iterative delivery, DevOps, MLOps practices, and CI/CDExecutive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and business leadershipProven success delivering complex engineering initiatives involving multiple teams and technical dependenciesComfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with maturing processes and structuresStrong analytical skills with the ability to use delivery metrics to guide decision-makingAbility to manage multiple priorities and evolving demands without compromising delivery or qualitySkills That Make You Stand OutStrong technical literacy, able to engage in discussions around data architecture, ML models, pipelines, APIs, and platform designExperience coordinating work across AI/Data Engineering and Product EngineeringFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts such as data preparation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, inference, and monitoringAbility to simplify complexity and create clarity across highly technical initiativesHigh ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvementHow to applyIf you are interested in this role, then we’d love to hear from you.
