Key Responsibilities:
Data Extraction and Analysis: Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from various sources related to the Apple ecosystem, including user behavior, product performance, and market trends.
Insight Generation: Identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to generate actionable insights that inform product development and strategic decision-making.
Reporting and Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate data findings to stakeholders across the organization.
Data Modeling and Architecture: Contribute to the design and implementation of data models and data warehousing solutions to support data analysis and reporting needs.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven support.
Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting.
Innovation Support: Partner with product teams to analyze data and provide insights that fuel innovation and the development of new features and products.
Ecosystem Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, including its products, services, and user base.
Stay Current: Continuously research and evaluate new data analysis techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role.
Proven experience working with large and complex datasets.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling and data mining techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Understanding of the Apple ecosystem and its products and services is highly desirable.
