You will leverage tools such as Looker, DBT, and SQL while working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize reporting solutions that drive actionable insights for key stakeholders. Your expertise in data modeling and Business Intelligence will be essential in creating meaningful and accessible dashboards and data products. You will collaborate with teams specializing in data visualization, reporting enablement, and data platforms to build a best-in-class reporting suite and infrastructure.Your responsibilities will encompass not only the technical aspects of building and maintaining reporting infrastructure but also the strategic identification of opportunities for improvement and innovation. By staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, you will continuously evolve our BI capabilities, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.Join us in revolutionizing the way we leverage data at Hims & Hers and drive impactful business outcomes.You Will:Responsible for defining, extracting, and validating key performance metrics to support investor relations and C-suite decision-making, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and long-term sustainabilityDesigns and develops dynamic Looker dashboards that provide actionable insights, supporting executive decision-making with accurate, real-time, and visually compelling dataCollaborate closely with the business to ensure data quality and availability for internal and external reportingBuild and maintain key Looker Explores (reporting pipelines) for use in reporting Define and maintain key reporting/data definitionsProvide clear requirements to Data Platforms & Data Engineering for essential reporting pipelinesHelp during migrations to ensure our reporting is gold standard and experiences no disruption/downtimeAt a Minimum You Have:Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or a related fieldExtensive experience in Business Intelligence and have a keen eye for detailExperience supporting investor relations or experience collaborating with accounting or finance teams Minimum of 5 years experience working in reporting infrastructure and enablement roles Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL development and optimizationMinimum of 5 years of experience in Looker or similar business intelligence toolsProficiency in analytics and data manipulation techniquesStrong understanding of data modeling principles and methodologiesSome experience/familiarity working with DBT (Data Build Tool) in developing and maintaining reporting pipelinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsA Big Plus If You Have:Proven experience supporting Investor Relations or externally reported workstreams, where high data quality and accuracy are essentialExtensive experience with Looker, showcasing proficiency in building complex data models and dashboards that meet diverse business needsA proven track record with DBT, including multiple years of hands-on experience in developing and optimizing data transformation workflows for efficient reporting pipelinesFamiliarity with Databricks, demonstrating the ability to leverage its features for advanced data processing and analytics tasksAn interest or background in statisticsOur Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time rolesUnlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health daysComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leaveEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)Employee discounts on hims & hers online products401k benefits with employer matching contributionOffsite team retreats#LI-RemoteWe are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
