About the Role As a Senior Data Scientist in our Talent Acquisition (TA) space, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our scientific transformation. You'll have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from data entry to complex business transformations and end-client reporting. Your expertise will help us drive consistency, innovate, and improve our data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with specialists, software developers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide scientific support. Leverage code to analyze complex datasets and design, develop, and evaluate data transformations to solve specific business problems. Build scalable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to facilitate client-facing reporting. Automate TA processes to streamline business operations and improve overall efficiency. Communicate insights and recommendations to business clients and leadership through effective written and verbal communication. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analysis, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science. 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab). 3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools, and techniques, as well as the parameters that influence their performance. Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: A graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analysis, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science. Experience in a machine learning or data scientist role with a large technology organization.
