Position Overview: Senior Data Scientist

Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience Level: Minimum 3+ years of experience applying modern machine learning techniques to build predictive models for both classification and regression problems
Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
Communication Skills: 2+ years of experience extracting meaningful insights from analysis and interpreting results of complex models to present to business audiences, including technical, non-technical, and senior leadership stakeholders
Data Preparation: 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create modeling datasets, evaluating satisfaction and quality of data, and performing feature engineering
Advanced Analytics: 2+ years of experience applying knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large datasets from various data sources
Experimental Design: 2+ years of experience in experimental design and supervised/solo machine learning approaches
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and implementing online experiments (A/B testing) in production environments
Demonstrated strong ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations to diverse stakeholders and colleagues
Capacity to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues, project teams, and senior management

The ordinary compensation range for this position is $106,605.00 - $206,000.00 per year. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for an arenaflex bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
