Job Highlights Location: Remote Compensation: $25/hour Position: Senior Data Scientist Company: Disney (via Workwarp) Start Date: Immediate openings available Employment Type: Full-time Work Hours: 8 hours Key Responsibilities As a Senior Data Scientist at Disney, you will be responsible for: Data Quality: Transforming raw data into actionable insights through automated pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and raising discrepancies. Statistical Modeling: Designing and developing predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast client engagement across Disney platforms. Business Acumen: Creating visualizations and interfaces to communicate results to business partners, analyzing data to identify patterns, and uncovering opportunities. Leadership/Organization: Collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities, working with data teams to improve capabilities, and serving as a resource for colleagues. Process Improvement: Driving innovation by exploring new statistical methods, conceptualizing ways to enhance the forecasting and reporting infrastructure, and streamlining processes. Agile Methodologies: Participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, writing business requirements reports, and reviews, while contributing to an "Open Source" learning environment.
