What will I be doing? Lead the development of machine learning and AI-driven solutions to support strategic business initiatives across different domains.Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.Experiment and optimise by designing A/B tests and evaluating their effectiveness.Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, analysts, and UX designers to operationalise models and analytics solutions.Develop scalable and production-ready models that drive business impact.Communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Leverage Mable’s robust data infrastructure and cloud-based platforms to build, deploy, and monitor models in production.Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and adopting emerging technologies, including generative AI. What are we looking for? 4+ years of industry experience in building and deploying data science solutions.Strong understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.Proficiency in Python and experience with ML development frameworks.Hands-on experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.A solutions mindset with a strong motivation to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges.Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.Experience with cloud-based platforms and MLOps tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS, etc.).
