Job Summary As a Senior Data Product Manager I in our Advertising & Data Solutions team, you will play a critical role in shaping the data strategy and roadmap for our Disney Promoting Deals CRM application and communication platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring data-driven solutions that drive business value and growth. Your expertise in data analysis, product management, and technical skills will enable you to decipher complex data elements, identify trends, and propose solutions that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Define and guide the data strategy and roadmap for the Disney Promoting Deals CRM application and communication platforms. Analyze, document, and organize platform data into product requirements and significant product excess that delivers targeted incremental business value. Collaborate with cross-functional product teams as a Data Product Manager to bring value-added data assets. Aid in Advertising Stage data analysis, solution design, and load systems with our MDM colleagues and Advertising Stage product colleagues. Prepare show materials that frame continuous product strategy and expectations for business and technical team communication. Cooperate with peer Product Managers, Design, Engineering, QA, and Program Management to identify, assess, and execute strategic technical solutions. Provide product insights to ensure a consistent experience of client controls, data definitions, and business logic. Assess and recommend product advancements and upgrades that drive business value and improve return on investment through data understanding. Aid in Client Acknowledgment Testing and implementing product release systems with end clients, technology leads, and individual Product Chiefs. Essential Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of experience in a product management role in a data product development environment or related work experience. Strong capability in technical data handling with advanced Excel formulas. Skilled in SQL and Python. Ability to develop key objectives and change requirements into technical solutions. Successfully communicates complex data with internal contacts at various organizational levels. Client-driven disposition who needs to handle issues creatively. Demonstrated understanding of product development lifecycle including systems engineering, design, and execution. Experience in JIRA agile task management. Be adaptable, versatile, and a cooperative person. Strong analytical capacities a requirement. Preferred Qualifications Past experience working with Salesforce or related CRM products a plus. Interest or potential experience with developing technology like Gen and Predictive AI a plus.
