You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance digital marketing performance, optimize advertising spend, and refine data-driven business strategies.Key Responsibilities:Analyze marketing campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to optimize ROI.Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to track key performance metrics.Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for business growth.Build and refine predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate market trends and campaign outcomes.Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior leadership, summarizing key insights and recommendations.Collaborate with digital marketing and business strategy teams to improve data-driven decision-making.Monitor large-scale advertising accounts and assess performance to maximize engagement and conversions.Ensure data accuracy, validation, and integrity across multiple sources.Requirements:5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms (certifications preferred).Experience working with large datasets, developing reports, and providing actionable insights.Familiarity with predictive modeling, A/B testing, and performance forecasting.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing environments is a plus.This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact within a rapidly growing company dedicated to transforming the future of work.
