Job Summary
As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data quality, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, and make corrections as needed
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and resolve customer issues
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure data quality and compliance with company policies
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Excellent data entry skills, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Preferred Qualifications
