Key Responsibilities Enter data accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture commercial enterprise needs. Leverage Voice of the Customer methods to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform. Design and build robust data model architecture to aid efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem. Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages for data-driven tasks for a span of at least 3+ years. Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business teams. Strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience. Preferred Qualifications To stand out in this role, you should have: Experience with big data and analytics technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles. Experience with data processing and analytics tools. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
