This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on the business need. You'll be working from home, but you'll need to be available to come onsite for Quarterly team meetings at our Fort Worth office. **Primary Responsibilities** * Moderate work experience within own function * Some work is completed without established procedures * Basic tasks are completed without review by others * Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks * Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age OR older * 1 year of experience working in customer service * Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications * Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook * Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on the business need (during open enrollment period, October - February) **Telecommuting Requirements** * Reside within Texas * Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a blithequark approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service **Soft Skills** * Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks that may be repetitive * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work arrangements, including telecommuting options * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a healthier atmosphere for everyone.
