Identify, plan, and implement internal process improvements, including re-designing systems for greater flexibility, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
Design and implement required systems for timely extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies.
Develop analytical tools to leverage the data pipeline, providing meaningful insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with partners, including data, design, product, and leadership teams, to help them with data-related technical issues.
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Managers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, practices, and technologies, including AWS, SQL, and data pipeline design.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
