Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Senior Data Engineer at Aetna, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. 2+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering, with a strong background in designing and implementing data architectures and pipelines. 2+ years of experience with SQL, with a strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling. 2+ years of experience with Python, with a strong proficiency in programming languages and software development.
