As an engineer in a data platform tribe, you will design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, SDKs and data governance tools. You will be responsible for automating pipelines, building observability frameworks, creating pipelines to enable business teams to deliver core events to the rest of the company.Your future position

Your mission is to:


Design, develop, and maintain scalable real-time data pipelines to support analytics and operational use cases.


Own and operate cloud-based infrastructure, following a “you build it, you run it” model to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.


Develop and manage data products, collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders including product managers, analysts, and engineering teams.


Mentor and support other engineers, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.


Build a deep understanding of a complex business domain and work effectively across teams with multiple dependencies.


Own features end-to-end, from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.


It will be a match if you:


6+ years of experience in DevOps, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.


Strong proficiency in Java.


Experience working with streaming platforms or message queues (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, RabbitMQ).


Solid understanding of distributed systems and associated architectural trade-offs.


Strong written and spoken English communication skills.


It will be better if you:

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).


Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).


Familiarity with stream processing frameworks such as Flink, Kafka Streams, or Spark.


Experience with Python.
