Job Overview and Responsibilities We're seeking a Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology Product Analysis team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams. You'll lead and mentor a team that collaborates with the Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics. Your key responsibilities will include: Interpreting data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and reclassifying it into meaningful information to improve Operational Excellence (Bull). Identifying application enhancements and establishing metrics for measurement. Leading and mentoring a team to work collaboratively with the DOC on operational metrics. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams. Creating data visualizations, analyzing application performance, and identifying error patterns and top factors contributing to errors. Designing and implementing internal process improvements, suggesting enhancements for execution and greater scalability. Modeling and coding of data to drive business insights. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree with a foundation in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) - a graduate degree is preferred. 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Insight Engineer, or a related analytical role. 1+ year (3+ years preferred) of experience as a Manager, with at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization. Experience creating presentations for associates and leaders at a Managing Director and VP level, and communicating with all levels of management. Demonstrated team leadership skills, with the ability to impart a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and offer support to achieve it. Master-level Business Intelligence (BI) dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire) to deliver meaningful, rich dashboards. Advanced Excel skills. Experience analyzing e-commerce platforms for Web, Mobile Application, Reliability. Proficiency in handling large datasets and relational databases (SQL and Non-SQL). Ability to study and comprehend business needs, design data/technology metrics that connect business processes with quantifiable platform results. High-level SQL skills. Strong problem-solving skills, using data to drive solutions. Desire to tackle complex datasets. Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous tasks with a focus on results. Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Graduate degree in an analytical field. Certifications such as Google Data Analytics Professional Certification, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir. Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana. Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Systems. Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena. Experience with Big Query, Quantum Metrics, Akamai. Experience with text analysis and machine learning. Data Engineering experience. Proficiency in Python, Flash, R. Continuous integration and delivery using Agile methodologies.
