Beam is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who exemplifies a passion for data analysis, driving strategy, and building data solutions. Data is one of our largest assets at Beam, and this role is crucial in delivering valuable insights and data products that will empower the organization. This person will work with both business and technical stakeholders to better understand our business challenges and become a subject matter expert in our data to produce the most beneficial recommendations. This role will be cross functional in nature, working with stakeholders across and external to Beam on projects ranging from financial reporting, scenario analysis, and carrier solutions.

What You Will Do:
• Exemplify a passion for data and possess the ability to transform it into actionable insights
• Analyze large data sets and glean insights to deliver to stakeholders autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Build complex dashboards using LookML to deliver business insights to key stakeholders
• Build dbt models to support data needs for reporting
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to consult on business challenges and make business recommendations across our Revenue (Sales) organization
• Have high attention to detail and the ability to ask clarifying questions to ensure the accuracy of analysis
• Display a high level of business acumen and strong communication skills to deliver effectively to all levels of the organization
• Be tenacious in learning our business’s opportunities and becoming a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with other analysts on best practices to uplift team knowledge and performance
What Skills Will Help You Be Successful:
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics
• 2+ years of experience with complex SQL
• 2+ year professional experience with LookML
• 1+ year professional experience with dbt, preferred
• 1+ year professional experience with Git
• Professional experience in Sales or Revenue organization
• Experience with predictive analysis and statistical methods
• Experience building data visualizations using BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau etc
• Exceptional communicator and storyteller with strong client-facing data presentation skills
• Experience using R or Python is a plusCompensation and Benefits:
