As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, optimizing AI models, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with our team of innovators to empower e-commerce brands, such as Sephora, Petco, and Birkenstock, to deliver personalized customer experiences that drive impressive results. Key Challenges: Develop and refine analytical tools and dashboards to enhance demo creation for prospective customers Fine-tune AI models to deliver relevant and impactful results for each prospect's unique needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure deals with prominent e-commerce brands Perform data exploration to inform product improvements and drive business innovation Foster a culture of empathy, personal growth, and community within our team Requirements: Proficiency in BI tooling, data analysis, and dashboard creation for technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business asks into technical language and vice versa Strong SQL skills (any variant) and experience with exploratory data analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy, data visualization libraries) Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under deadlines Minimum 3 years of professional experience or relevant academic experience English proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) or higher Availability to work between 7 am and 3 pm Pacific Time to support our US-based sales team What We Offer: Competitive compensation package, including stock options ($80,000 - $110,000 USD / year) Unlimited vacation time, with a minimum of 3 weeks per year encouraged Fully remote team, with the freedom to choose your work location Work-from-home stipend and Apple laptops provided for new employees Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed annually Parental leave for qualified employees Opportunity to work with a talented team and make a meaningful impact At Constructor, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
