What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct detailed and continuous data analysis to identify problems and opportunities, providing data-driven solutions
Research, interpret, and analyze diverse and complex data sets to support decision-making across multiple business lines
Produce analytical outputs, create dashboards, and develop executive summaries and descriptive analytics reports for senior leadership
Collaborate with various business functions to understand their analytic needs and design solutions accordingly
Present analysis clearly using various BI tools and communicate results effectively to stakeholders at all levels
What Is Required (Qualifications)
BA or BS in a relevant field (Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or Finance) or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data engineering
3+ years of experience in data warehousing and data modeling with large data sets
3+ years of experience in data manipulation and transformation, with proficiency in SQL or Python
3+ years of experience in visualization tools such as Python Dash, Tableau, R-shiny, or Power BI
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
MBA or similar graduate-level degree
Experience with cloud-based data analytics (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake)
Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Airflow, GitHub actions, and Azure cloud environment
Experience working in a cybersecurity environment and analyzing security data
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic business environment
