About the Role: Senior Analyst, Informatics As a Senior Analyst, Informatics at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering complex data analysis, reporting solutions, and applications that meet the evolving needs of our business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal partners and business units to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and applications that drive business growth and improvement. Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, create sophisticated reports, and perform in-depth data analysis to answer business questions and inform strategic decisions. Design and develop applications for internal clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. Evaluate data needs for assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment techniques. Transform data into actionable insights through reporting solutions, and present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth project delivery. Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders, communicating complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications. Reporting platform - SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS). Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience - ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript. Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience - Transact SQL. Database Knowledge / Experience - MS SQL Server. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, having experience in the following areas can give you a competitive edge: Reporting platform - WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad). Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.). Database Knowledge / Experience - Hadoop, Oracle. Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience - Oracle PLSQL. Crystal Reporting experience.
