Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team within the Subscriber Operations function. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing subscriber adjustments across the Disney Streaming portfolio, ensuring accurate delivery of subscription change messaging, and identifying subscribers impacted by incidents requiring timely and lawful remediations. Key Responsibilities Manage data requirements connected with subscriber informing drives, including cost increments, endorser arrangements, and new information being gathered, as well as episode remediation, to ensure the right clients receive discounts when required. Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes lawfully committing, to determine precise companions of supporters for informing and remediation. Communicate business requirements to specialized groups and provide compact rundowns of specialized progress or detours to business partners.
