Our team is passionate about building a platform that helps restaurants succeed, and we're committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and innovation. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience Platform team, you'll be responsible for: * Partnering with counterparts in product, engineering, finance, and operations departments to produce analyses, datasets, and data models that inform product development and drive business growth * Developing deep systemic knowledge of data from operational systems (e.g., CRM or ERP software) and strategies for continuous improvement of reporting capabilities * Prototyping SQL queries to create datasets that support product, operational, and revenue reporting needs * Building tools and dashboards to automate reporting and generate insights that drive business decisions * Proactively identifying areas outside the regular stream of business requests where analytics can add value and driving initiatives to address these areas * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality * Developing and maintaining robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support business needs * Communicating complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders and driving business outcomes **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or proven experience in these areas) * 3+ years of professional experience in BI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or similar roles, with a focus on understanding user and behavioral data and its relationship to business outcomes * Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex queries * Advanced knowledge of ETL and data pipelining practices, with experience using tools like Airflow, dbt, and Python * Ability to disambiguate stakeholder needs and requirements, with excellent communication and collaboration skills * Experience working with operational data sources, such as Netsuite, Salesforce, and RevPro/Zuora Revenue * Familiarity with Financial and Accounting concepts, data, and reporting * Experience with data visualization tools like Hex, Looker, and Snowflake **Bonus Ingredients** If you have experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company, or have worked with backend data from operational sources, we'd love to hear about it.
