What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities


Data Expertise & Discovery: Serve as the primary data authority for your assigned CX initiative. Conduct continuous discovery and data exploration to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities within our customer data landscape.
Advanced Analytics: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries that power our customer experience dashboards. Create sophisticated data models that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions based on comprehensive, accurate information.
Dashboard Development: Design and build intuitive front-end dashboards using tools like Tableau that present complex data in accessible, actionable formats for stakeholders across the organization.
Data Platform Architecture: Collaborate on designing and building our new CX data platform. Create foundational queries and comprehensive documentation to enable business teams to leverage this new data source effectively.
Impact Measurement: Track and analyze the benefits of CX initiatives using multiple stitched data sources. Demonstrate ROI and quantify the impact of customer experience improvements on business outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure analytical solutions meet their needs.
Reporting Standards: Establish reporting standards and best practices that ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all customer experience analytics.
Data Quality: Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure the integrity of our analytical outputs. Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data with the highest quality standards.
Ad Hoc Analytics: Respond to urgent analytical requests from leadership and cross-functional teams with speed and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications


Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a field related to data science, statistics, business analytics, or equivalent experience. The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion of a relevant degree program.
Experience Level: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field. For senior-level positions, we typically look for 4-6 years of dedicated data analysis experience.
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL query development, including complex joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Analytical Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau or similar platforms.
Data Management: Experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement initiatives.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Strong logical reasoning and exceptional attention to detail.
