Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engagement managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and establish robust business operations support processes
Recommend data-driven solution alternatives to address business challenges
Ensure data is captured, structured, and made accessible to users efficiently and effectively
Produce documentation and training materials for business stakeholders
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve system data issues
Research and resolve technical and functional issues based on established priority and severity guidelines
Provide second- and third-tier application support for assigned systems
Monitor production batch and ad hoc jobs to ensure smooth and timely business operations
Build and maintain complex SQL reports and provide guidance to others on report creation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related fields
Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL-Server, SAS, Tableau, and MS Access
