About the Job: The ideal candidate will guide others by applying advanced principles and company practices, leading moderate-sized projects, and interacting frequently with senior leadership. As a Senior Cybersecurity in IAM Data Analytics, they will manage complex cybersecurity work, including the development and deployment of cybersecurity solutions. Key responsibilities include implementing automated deployment processes using PySpark, Databricks, and Python to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual errors. They will also utilize Java to process high-volume data streams and implement custom logic to detect anomalies. The role includes supporting existing deployments, troubleshooting performance issues, and monitoring data pipelines. Additional duties involve implementing RAG-based chatbots into internal websites, enhancing customer experiences on IAM platforms, and developing application activity Databricks jobs to process significant daily events. The candidate will also deploy Workforce Analysis software solutions, participate in the SOX Periodic Review audits, create reports, and migrate Databricks analysis jobs to Databricks Asset Bundles. They will write code to monitor security threats and respond to incidents. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. At least 3+ years of related experience in cybersecurity or a related field. Technical proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Swift, React Native, P4, and OCaml. Experience with packages and platforms: Databricks Asset Bundles, Snowflake, Git, Figma, Firebase, TensorFlow, NLTK, PyTorch, and Azure Cloud Fundamentals. Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Experience with Agile methodology, Postman, and various Azure build tools. Ability to develop and deploy cybersecurity solutions and automated deployment processes. Proficiency in implementing RAG-based chatbots and enhancing customer experiences on IAM platforms. Experience in creating and managing Databricks jobs, Power BI dashboards, and SOX audit processes. Job Contribution: Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies. Education: Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security. Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
