Your future begins here!SummaryThe Senior Cyber & Information Security Project Manager leads complex, crossâfunctional cybersecurity initiatives that advance the bankâs security strategy, maturity goals, and regulatory obligations. They partner across Cybersecurity, IT, business lines, vendors, and Enterprise Risk to ensure disciplined execution, clear communication, and successful delivery of security initiatives. Senior PMs take on higherâimpact efforts with greater regulatory scrutiny and strategic importance, while serving as a coach and collaborative PMO partner to strengthen team capabilities and support PMO operations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, crossâfunctional cybersecurity and technology risk projects aligned to enterprise priorities that have enterpriseâwide impact, heightened regulatory scrutiny, and elevated risk posture.Partner with business and technology leaders to shape strategy, define scope and objectives, influence delivery approach, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.Facilitate and lead crossâfunctional working groups to remove barriers, mitigate risk, and ensure accountabilityDevelop project plans, schedules, RACI matrices, risk/issue logs, and status reporting.Ensure project execution follows enterprise lifecycle, cyber governance, and regulatory requirements (OCC, GLBA, NIST).Support PMO operational excellence by ensuring shared materials, templates, project documentation, and internal processes remain organized, current, and aligned to internal audit and regulatory exam expectations.Coach and mentor Cybersecurity PMO team members to strengthen delivery discipline, elevate practices, and support skill development.Lead changeâmanagement and adoption planning for cybersecurity initiatives.Manage communication between Cybersecurity, IT, business lines, and governance committeesPrepare updates for cybersecurity steering committees, senior leaders, and audit/regulators when needed.It is the responsibility of this role to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. QualificationsEducation RequirementsBachelorâs degree or higher in related fieldMinimum Experience7+ years project management with 5+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk required10+ years project management with 7+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk preferredLicenses & CertificationsPMP, CSM, CAPM, CSPM, CISSPâASSOCIATE, OR EQUIVALENT PREFERREDKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong leadership and coaching skills, paired with deep knowledge of project management industry standards, methodologies, and best practices.Strong project management discipline and ability to lead complex initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executives, business, and technical staff.Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills; ability to influence without direct authority.Strong attention to detail, governance rigor, and organizational discipline.Technical expertise of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks (NIST, PCI, cloud, IAM, vulnerability mgmt).Ability to learn and grasp new concepts and business processes quickly.Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and drive resolution in complex environments.Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and project reporting tools.Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical DemandsAbility to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channelsAbility to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitorAbility to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods of timeAbility to bend and reachWork EnvironmentOffice: This position reports to a physical Company location, and the setting will be a typical office environment.Remote or hybrid: For remote or hybrid positions, a secure and distraction-free setting is required, with a reliable internet connection (cable or fiber preferred, mobile hotspots not acceptable).
