If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume or call me back at Position: Senior Cutover Lead (ERP Implementations) Location: Dallas, TX (REMOTE) Duration: 6+ months contract Must Have: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Cutover Lead to manage the cutover activities, planning and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation and end-to-end business transformation program. 8 to 10 years of experience in cutover, release or deployment leadership for enterprise-scale programs. Overview: Define and maintain the master cutover schedule for multi-workstream transformation. Lead cutover planning sessions with technology, data and business teams to confirm scope, dependencies and timelines. Develop and manage a comprehensive cutover runbook, including data migration, environment preparation, operational readiness, and rollback plans. Integrate cutover activities into the overall program delivery roadmap. Coordinate and oversee rehearsals/mock cutovers to validate timings, dependencies and contingency procedures. Facilitate readiness checkpoints. Proven success managing cutover activities for ERP, CRM, or other large transformation initiatives across multiple functions and geographies. Strong knowledge of program lifecycles, data migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Excellent facilitation, planning, and risk management skills; able to influence and drive alignment across senior stakeholders. Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and guiding decision-making. Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while balancing detail and big-picture execution. Familiarity with planning and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.) Certifications such as PMP, ITIL are a plus Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
