**Customer Success at arenaflex**
Our Sales team is the driving force behind revenue at arenaflex, generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources.
**Responsibilities**
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll:
* Support customers in all matters related to the usage of arenaflex's services, including CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) initiatives
* Guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources
* Drive customer accounts growth by delivering successful ROI and relationship building
* Successfully implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods, as well as providing training to all stakeholders of the projects
* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience
* More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry
* Experience in managing projects and small teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
* Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America
* Valid driver's license with a good standing record
