In this remote, full-time position, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of 9am-5:30pm MST. You will handle customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on member plans, benefits, and resources. Your goal will be to create an emotional connection with our members, understand their needs, and champion their best health.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
Answer questions and provide guidance on member plans, benefits, and resources
Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
Use customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions and resolve member issues
Explain member rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
Process claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, and grievances
Requirements:
Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center or retail)
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
Experience in a production environment
