Answer consumer inquiries regarding product information under the guidelines of DSHEA
Document complaints accurately and handle refund and coupon processing
Maintain knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions
Assist with technical inquiries and complaint handling
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience in a health and wellness-related industry
