Job Overview blithequark has multiple openings for Senior Customer Service Representatives in our permanent work-from-home role, offering a competitive wage of $19.50/hr. This position is responsible for handling customer service inquiries for our Fully Insured or High Profile role, addressing problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are typically of a basic and routine nature, requiring a professional and empathetic approach to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, etc. Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Work collaboratively as a team, applying the blithequark Core Values in day-to-day operations to foster a positive and supportive work environment. Create a differentiated service experience, demonstrating service discipline, handling service challenges, and providing solutions to constituent needs. Work across boundaries, engaging with various stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a metric-based environment, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets. Proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Comfortability utilizing search engines and navigating digital platforms to resolve customer inquiries. Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Medical terminology/insurance experience, with a basic understanding of health care concepts and terminology. Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed performance targets. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a strong focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Education and Training A High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience is required for this role. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available to support your growth and success in this position. Work Schedule and Compensation This is a full-time position, with an anticipated 40 hours of work per week. The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $42.35 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a blithequark bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, in addition to the base pay range listed above.
