What You'll Do at arenaflex

As an integral member of our Customer Experience team, you'll serve as the primary data expert for critical CX initiatives. Your role goes beyond traditional analytics—you'll be responsible for becoming the definitive authority on customer data within your assigned domain, understanding not just what the data says, but what it means for the customer journey and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Data Exploration & Discovery: Conduct continuous discovery and exploration of customer data sources, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities that others might miss. You'll develop an unparalleled understanding of your data domain—knowing what data exists, how to join disparate sources, and how to craft compelling narratives that drive action.

Advanced SQL & Database Development: Create and maintain complex SQL queries that power our customer experience dashboards. You'll design efficient stored procedures, triggers, and scripts that enable real-time reporting and analysis across the organization.

Dashboard Development & Visualization: Build intuitive, visually compelling dashboards using tools like Tableau that make complex data accessible and actionable for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

CX Data Platform Design: Play a foundational role in designing and building our next-generation CX data platform. You'll create base queries, documentation, and frameworks that enable business teams to self-serve analytics while maintaining data quality and consistency.

Impact Measurement & Tracking: Establish robust frameworks for measuring the ROI of CX initiatives. Track customer sentiment, measure the impact of improvements, and demonstrate the value of investments in customer experience enhancement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. You'll serve as the bridge between technical teams and business partners.

Reporting Standards & Best Practices: Establish and maintain reporting standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks. Architect scalable reporting frameworks that grow with the organization.

Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data integrity through rigorous cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes. Develop programs and methodologies for maintaining high-quality analytical outputs.

Ad Hoc Analytics: Respond to urgent analytical requests with speed and accuracy, providing insights that inform time-sensitive business decisions.


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role combines technical excellence with genuine curiosity about customer behavior. You should be someone who loves solving complex puzzles, can see stories hidden in data, and enjoys translating findings into recommendations that drive real change.

Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum of 7 years of professional data analysis experience
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Remote work authorization


Preferred Qualifications


1-2 years of experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement
Experience with customer experience analytics, NPS, CSAT, or customer journey mapping
Strong demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service industries
Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms


Technical Skills We Value


Expert-level proficiency in SQL (including complex joins, window functions, stored procedures)
Strong experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar) for data analysis
Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern data architecture
Experience with business intelligence platforms and dashboard development
