As aSenior Customer Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this vision, working closely with our customers to resolve account-level issues, provide expert guidance, and ensure seamless interactions. Key Responsibilities As aSenior Customer Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * Managing inbound and outbound collection and recovery calls, providing expert guidance and support to customers in English and Spanish * Conducting thorough account-level research to identify and resolve complex issues * Overcoming objections and helping customers understand their account(s) and responsibilities * Staying up-to-date with and adhering to blithequark's guidelines and procedures, including computer-based training, classroom training, timecards, email, and other relevant tools * Attending team meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback * Updating account information and completing necessary documentation to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements * Consistently meeting or exceeding business metrics on a month-to-month basis, while adhering to regulatory requirements Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * BasicQualifications: + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification + At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience + At least 1 year of experience using bolthires Suite or bolthires Office + Fluent in Spanish and English * PreferredQualifications: + At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience + At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry + At least 1 year of collections experience Work from Home Technology Requirements To ensure a seamless and secure work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions * A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service provided by a Cable or Fiber Internet Service Provider (ISP) * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred * Both hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable, as long as speed and security requirements are met * Capital One reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package from the associate Benefits As a valued member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial, and other benefits that support your total well-being.These benefits include: * Comprehensive health insurance * Financial planning and retirement savings options * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities * And more!
