As a Senior Customer Analytics Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our Client Investigation Center item strategy, ensuring that our internal stakeholders have access to high-quality customer insights and analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Ventures, and Marketing, to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Client Investigation Center Item Strategy: Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item strategy, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Define and Communicate Product Roadmap: Define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritization, and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed. Ensure Data Security and Integrity: Ensure that tools and systems are built and scaled to meet the security and integrity needs of internal teams analyzing customer data. Measure Success: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of the Client Investigation Center. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Engineering, Data Ventures, Marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience: You must have either 7 years of experience in product management with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience in product management or a related field. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus: Advanced Degree: A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience as a Product Manager: 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Digital Experience: A background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
