We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Credit Card Operations to scale and optimize our Crypto.com Visa Signature Credit Card.What You’ll DoWe’re seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Credit Card Operations to oversee and optimize the performance, compliance, and daily operations of our credit card program. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., issuing banks, processors, and networks) to ensure smooth execution of our card initiatives, manage key vendor relationships, and help scale the program as we grow. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of our crypto-backed credit cardManage relationships with issuing banks, processors, and card networksMonitor program KPIs like authorization rates, chargeback trends, fraud alerts, rewards redemptions, and and provide actionable recommendationsPartner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to support both day-to-day execution and long-term program strategyOversee settlement, reconciliation, and reporting between fiat and crypto flowsCoordinate incident responses, escalations, and resolutions related to card operationsDevelop and document operational processes, playbooks, and SLAs - help design scalable operational processes as we launch in new markets or add new card productsServe as the go-to expert internally for all things related to card program operationsMarketing - collateral mgmt… events activation oversight What we're looking for 4+ years of experience in card operations, fintech, or crypto financial servicesDeep understanding of card issuing flows — including transaction processing, disputes/chargebacks, BIN sponsorship, fraud tooling, and network complianceWorking knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Reg E, UDAAP, PCI-DSS)Strong project management skills with a bias toward executionFamiliarity with crypto concepts (custody, stablecoins, wallets, off-ramps) and a passion for Web3Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders across compliance, engineering, finance, and customer supportExcellent communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveBonus: You’ve helped launch or scale a card product at a fintech or crypto startup Additional Information Life @Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
