As a Senior Contracts Officer, you'll play a critical role in providing overall coordination of personal/professional contracting activities and intergovernmental agreements, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal policies, regulations, and laws.
About the Role:
Provide coordination of personal/professional contracting activities and intergovernmental agreements
Manage a high-volume caseload of new contracts, agreements, and amendments in a high-risk environment
Work closely with the other job share partner to share a caseload of different procurement projects and other projects
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the necessary services are obtained in a manner that complies with all applicable state and federal policies, regulations, and laws

Requirements:
Five years of procurement and contract experience related to the position
OR a bachelor's degree and two years of professional-level procurement and contract experience related to the position
OR any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of procurement and contract experience related to the position
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
Experience with government procurement processes and professional experience researching and applying appropriate government procurement laws, rules, policies, and procedures
