About the Role:
In this strategic position, you will:

Lead and grow a diverse team of Content Designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity
Develop and execute Content Design strategies that elevate the user experience and drive business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to deliver innovative solutions
Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance on language systems, scaling strategies, and Content Design deliverables


About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

5+ years of experience managing a Content Design team, with a proven track record of building successful relationships with stakeholders and team members
Experience developing and guiding language systems, scaling strategies, and other Content Design deliverables
Strong understanding of global products, globalization, and the gaming industry
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and drive innovation
