Senior Consulting AnalystThis role blends advanced analytics with consulting-style problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder advisory support to enable data-driven decision making across Risant integration and performance initiatives. The Senior Consulting Analyst will serve as a trusted analytical partner to leadership, translating complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide rapid, structured analytical support in response to leadership and Steering Committee (SteerCo) requestsSynthesize complex analyses into clear, concise, executive-level narratives and recommendationsDevelop high-quality presentation materials, summaries, and exhibits for SteerCo and senior leadership updatesContribute to integration playbooks, FAQs, and standardized tools and templatesDesign and support repeatable analytics and reporting processes across RHOsStandardize assumptions, methodologies, and templates to ensure consistency and comparability across analysesIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend workflow and reporting improvementsPerform ongoing data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and usability of datasetsKey CompetenciesAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready storylines and visualsAdvanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data structuring, and analytical modelingStrong analytical reasoning with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsExperience in consulting, strategy, finance, transformation, or similar advisory rolesProven ability to synthesize data into clear, decision-oriented outputs for senior audiencesHigh attention to detailStrong understanding of data validation, quality assurance, and controlsSelf-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectivelyNice to HaveHealthcare, supply chain, or GPO experienceExperience supporting M&A integrations or complex, multi-entity programs
