Senior Consultant, Risk - Central Policy Office

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our risk management policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to across the organization. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor and assess risk management practices across the organization and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure consistent implementation of risk management policies.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Train and educate employees on risk management policies and procedures.
Act as a point of contact for risk-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
Analyze data and prepare reports on risk management performance and trends.
Communicate with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on risk management initiatives.
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve risk management processes and procedures.
Continuously review and enhance risk management policies and procedures to adapt to changing business needs.
Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance on risk management best practices.
Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with risk management standards.
Represent the company in industry events and conferences to enhance the company's reputation in risk management.
