What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Critical position within the Medicare Part D Communications Team
- Manage timelines and resolve client needs and internal Account Management issues
- Promote client satisfaction through timely and accurate responses and clear communication
- Track and monitor member communications to ensure timely implementation
- Proofread client-specific member letters to ensure accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience with Medicare Part D operations
- 1+ years of experience in compiling and editing documentation
- Cross-collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of project management or account management experience
- 3+ years of experience within the PBM industry
- Familiarity with EGWP member communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight time frames and think creatively
