Senior Commercial Excellence Manager

The Senior Commercial Excellence Manager will drive strategic commercial initiatives to maximize commercial, launch efficiency and effectiveness. This role focuses on leading a team that is focused on executing all aspects of our portfolio initiatives for successful activations and technology acceptance, providing field marketing support, and driving adoption of our technologies. Key responsibilities include partnering with the field organization and business leaders to achieve growth targets through excellence in execution and ensuring accountability for performance.

Commercial Excellence Initiatives & Execution
• Develop and implement structured, continuous processes to activate accounts successfully.
• Partner with the field and commercial business leaders to channel field requests to scale up activities and mature our processes.
• Drive commercial performance, technology adoption and utilization and ensure alignment with defined goals.

Performance Improvement & Coaching
• Drive improvements in commercial processes through robust analysis and actionable recommendations to enhance business execution.
• Track and measure the performance of commercial operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to field sales teams and commercial leaders, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Innovation
• Actively engage with the sales team to implement innovative solutions that optimize sales performance and that leverage marketing tools and initiatives.
• Travel is needed to provide on-site coaching and collaboration with field teams, ensuring best practices are effectively implemented.

MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
