You will be responsible for forecasting, procurement coordination, labeling activities, and end-to-end supply oversight to ensure compliant, timely delivery of clinical supplies throughout the lifecycle of global clinical trials.What You Will Be DoingActing as the primary specialist for clinical supply logistics on medium to high complexity studiesDeveloping and maintaining supply forecast modelsCoordinating procurement activities for investigational product, comparator, NIMP, and ancillary suppliesInterpreting protocol requirements to support packaging and labeling designSupporting IVRS design and set-up activitiesCoordinating the origination, proofing, and implementation of clinical study labelsProactively communicating supply timelines and risks to stakeholdersPreparing documentation and supporting import/export activities for clinical suppliesEnsuring adequate quantity and timely delivery of supplies throughout the trialMonitoring and managing retest dating of study suppliesResolving clinical supply complaints and managing replacement requestsSupporting financial planning activities for global studiesWhat You NeedBSc in a Health Science discipline or a pharmacy degreeIn-depth knowledge of regulations governing investigational products, including GMP and ICH/GCPStrong experience in clinical supply chain logistics managementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision#LI-RD1#LI-RemoteWhat ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
