Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver staff development programs to address clinical training needs, including program objectives, learning outcomes, curriculum, and educational activities
Conduct needs analyses, develop and administer surveys, and coordinate focus groups to evaluate the effectiveness of staff development programs
Lead, facilitate, and coordinate the development and administration of courses and programs, ensuring curricula align with organizational missions, values, and goals
Provide educational consultation to facilities, task forces, and committees, serving as a technical advisor to staff engaged in projects related to policy, procedure, and program development
Administer basic and advanced competency nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, and Patient Bill of Rights

Requirements:
Current, valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California
Minimum 2 years of full-time professional registered nursing experience, including 2 years of experience in an assigned hospital specialty area
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Desired: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and experience developing, administering, and evaluating clinical education programs
