Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst. This role will work closely with clinical and technical stakeholders to improve healthcare workflows, ensure data quality, and drive data-informed decision-making.Requirements 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or a related fieldStrong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and data structuresExperience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical and operational dataExperience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentationUnderstanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance)Nice-to-haves Experience with clinical data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with interoperability platforms and integration toolsExperience working with population health or value-based care modelsBackground in nursing, medicine, or other clinical practiceCertifications in clinical informatics or healthcare ITExperience in large-scale healthcare system implementationsCore ResponsibilitiesAnalyze clinical workflows and healthcare processes to identify optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with clinical stakeholders (physicians, nurses, operations teams) to gather and translate business needs into technical requirementsConfigure, implement, and support clinical information systems (EHR/EMR and related platforms)Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standardsSupport integration of clinical systems with other enterprise platformsDevelop and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for clinical data analysisProvide insights to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-makingParticipate in system upgrades, testing, and user trainingAbout Us Established in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.
